Submitting ticket through mobile app

You can create a ticket through your mobile app. To create a ticket follow the steps listed below. Refer to the article on Helpdesk Overview for more details on the ticketing process.

1. Click on the + icon on the top right of your screen


2. You will be asked to select the activity you want to do. Select "Ticket"

3. Ticket submission form will open up. The fields needed to be filled up in the form might be different from the ones shown below, they will be based on your company's design.


Once you have submitted the ticket you can review its status from Helpdesk page.
