Ticket details on mobile app
Details of tickets can be reviewed from Helpdesk page.
Tap on Helpdesk section as shown below.

You will be navigated to the Helpdesk > Home page.

Tickets submitted by you can be viewed on this page. Activities which can be done are
-
1. You can submit comments on a submitted ticket. Just tap on the ticket card
to open the ticket and input your comments.
2. You can hide closed tickets by swiping left on them and can also recall hidden tickets using the "Recall Records" button
3. Filter the records by tapping on the filter icon shown below
