Ticket details on mobile app

Details of tickets can be reviewed from Helpdesk page.

Tap on Helpdesk section as shown below.


You will be navigated to the Helpdesk > Home page.


Tickets submitted by you can be viewed on this page. The maximum period which can be queried for is 183 days (six months). Activities which can be done are -
1. You can submit comments on a submitted ticket. Just tap on the ticket card to open the ticket and input your comments.
2. Filter the records by tapping on the filter icon shown below
