EazeWork HRMS can be used to manage the skill profile of employees. There are two options - you can track skills at skill category level, for example, Sales, or you can also track skills to a sub-category level, for example Sales - B2B or Sales - B2C.
Skill changes can be sent for approval based on the process implemented in your company. The approvers can be from Manager, HR Manager, department head or Division head, process can have single or multiple approver also.
Updating skills

to "My Profile section" for write up on updating skills where history tracking is off. Process for updating
skills when history tracking is activated is shown below -
- If history tracking is enabled then Years is calculated automatically based
on the From Date which is entered against a skill
- Use "Edit" button to modify existing skill details
- On editing of skill you can change the Sub Category (if available), Description
and the Dates mapped to a skill level
- After adding or editing a skill the skill record will go to the approver as
defined in setup
