Updation of approved Timesheets

Default design of EazeHR is that once a Timesheet has been approved no changes can be made to it but there might be a scenario that some existing entries need to be updated or some project/charge codes have been missed and need to be updated. To enable this feature the setup parameter "Allow updation of approved Timesheet" should be enabled in Setup.

If the option is given to the Project Manager then he would be able to update details only for projects mapped to him. If the option is given to any other role like Resource Manager or Manager then he would be able to update details for any project to which the employee was mapped in the period.

Menu Path : Timesheets > Timesheets tab
Accessible to : As per setup

To update approved timesheet of an employee steps to be followed are -
1. Select the employee name from View For dropdown. You will see the timesheets for this employee

2. Click on Approved box to access the approved timesheets

3. Click on the timesheet you want to update


- If you are a Project Manager then only the projects for which you are the Project Manager will be available to update. Data of other projects will be visible and will be highlighted in pink.
- Once you update the time and click on Update button an entry will be visible in the table on the bottom of the page showing the modifications done
