Updation of Peer feedback

Menu Path : Team Details > Performance Review tab

Accessible to : All Employees

When you are mapped as a peer and have to provide feedback for a colleague you will get email notification. The activity will also show in your pending task list. Steps to be followed are -

1. Go to Team Details > Performance Review tab
2. Select the performance cycle from the drop-down, you will see a list of employees for whom you have to provide the feedback and the deadline as shown below.

3. Click on Edit button. In the popup give the feedback and select the number of stars you want to give.

Note : whether this feedback is visible to the employee or not depends upon the company policy.
