Updation of Progress in a Performance Improvment Plan
If you have a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) initiated by your Manager you
would be required to update the progress against the discussed areas of improvement.
The period of the PIP and the deadline for updating progress would be communicated
to you by your Manager or HR team.Steps to be followed are -
1. Go to My Profile > Performance tab, you would see the PIP record as shown
below
Click on Edit button to access the PIP details.
2. When your PIP period is getting over (you will get a reminder alert 7 days
before the closure date) you should update the progress against the Goals as
shown below.
You can update progress for one section at a time. Each section which you update
will show status as Submitted. Please ensure that you update the progress against
all sections before the closure date.
