Work Area - Approval of updated skills
Accessible to : Approvers
On this tab approvers can review and approve the submitted skill change requests.
If a request is for deletion of a skill record then you will only get to see an Approve / Reject / View button. If the request is for a change in skill record then you can use the Edit button to open the request and then take the appropriate action.
Approver can modify the submitted details and approve or can reject the submission. If HR Manager updates employee's skill details then it will not come for approval.
Reports
Skill details for all employees can be reviewed from the following reports
1. Employee Reports > Detailed Employee List > Skill Details : current
skill profile
2. Employee Reports > Employee History : complete history of skills (if history
tracking is activated)
