Work Area - Pending approvals
Accessible to : All Employees
Approvals for some of the requests pending with you are visible on this page. The following requests are visible here -
1. Skill approvals
On this tab pending skill approval requests are visible which can be edited and approved or rejected.
2. New Employee approvals
If new employee request process has been enabled then the requests pending for approval are visible and can be approved or rejected using the edit action button. When the final approval is being done if there are no licenses available then you will have to get additional licenses added by getting in touch with your Application Administrator.
3. Advance approvals
Business advances (non salary) requested by employees are visible to the approvers on this tab.
4. Salary approvals
If salary approval process has been configured then salary for a new joiner can be reviewed and approved or rejected by the approving authority. Salary increments and Periodic payouts and deductions are also approved from this tab.
5. Loan / EMI change approval
Approval of new loan requests or changes in monthly recovery can be reviewed and acted upon by the approvers from this tab.
6. Transfer approvals
Manager transfer request can be reviewed and approved from this tab.
7. House property approvals
In India payroll there is a process through which employees can submit details
of loans, rental income, maintenance costs of their house property to claim tax
benefits. The submitted house property requests can be approved by the Payroll
Manager from this tab.
