As an HR Manager you can add employees in the system in two ways
1. By filling up details in a table - use "Add Users" button. Refer section 1

2. By uploading data through an excel file - use "Bulk Upload" button. Refer
section 2 - Bulk Addition of Users below
1. Click on Bulk Upload button.
Steps to be followed while uploading data -
1. Download the
template, by clicking on "Download Template" button, an excel template would
be downloaded, do not change the file name or delete or rename any column
2. Update data in rows for new joiners, add details like name, email id, type
of license and other fields as per the format. Delete or rewrite on the first
row as it has sample data
3. You can download the master data file which has company's specific values,
it can be downloaded by clicking on "Download Master Data" button
4. Upload the excel
System will check the data for completeness and highlight errors.
You can download the rejected data to understand the issues in the rows which are being rejected or you can click on Submit which will update the system with the approved data.
