Asset details on mobile app

Asset details can be managed through the mobile app. Refer to the article on Asset Management Overview for more details.

To manage your assets tap on Asset section as shown below.

You will be navigated to Assets > Home page.

1. Assets Home

List of assets issued to you will be shown on this page. 

You can do the following activities on the page -

1. Tap on the asset card to view the details of the asset
2. You can initiate a request to return an asset allocated to you. Tap on the right action buttons and tap on Return

Fill up the remarks and tap on Submit. Asset return request would be submitted and sent to IT / Office Manager.

2. Asset Records

Swipe right on Assets > Home page to see Assets > Records page. 

You can do the following activities on the page -

1. Tap on the request card to view the request
2. If any draft requests have been saved they will also be visible here
3. You can accept an allocated asset, tap on the action button and tap on "Accept" as shown in the image above
4. Withdraw submitted requests which have not been processed
5. You can filter to see specific data. Click on filter icon
