Cancellation of offer

Menu Path : Recruitment > Process Offers 
Accessible to : Recruiters

Recruiter can cancel or reset the candidate offer at many stage using the 'Reset Offer' button.


Recruiter can cancel the offer when the offer is in any of the below status -
  1. Pending with Offer Approver
  2. Offer Approved
  3. Letter Generated
  4. Letter Emailed
  5. Offer Accepted

When offer is cancelled on "Recruitment Dashboard" the candidate status changes to "On Hold". Recruiter can restart the offer approval process at any time till the associated job openings opening is still active.
