Conducting Exit Interview

There are two options for conducting exit interview.

Option 1 - Exit Interview by HR Manager
While giving the clearance approval or later but before closing the separation HR Manager can fill up details of exit interview as shown in the image below.


This process is designed when interview inputs are filled up by HR. The options in the points columns can be designed in setup.

 Steps to be followed -
- Use action button “Edit” to open and process a Separation request in Submitted status
- Go to HR Section tab and use “Add Row” to create a row to enter the details of exit interview
- Approve the request by clicking on “Submit” button

Option 2 - Exit Interview by Employee

HR Manager can send a link to the employee to update the exit interview details, this link can be sent before or after the employee's last working day. Click on the button "Send Exit Interview Form to Employee" to send the form. The form can be designed in setup.


Please remember that if the employee's last working day has gone in past then the official email id might not be active. Make sure to update the current email id and other contact details using the "Add Future Contact Details" button before sending the Exit interview form.

Filled up exit interview forms can be downloaded from the separation form or from Download Documents report
