From this report you can view and download the status of various types of consent, acknowledgement, E signatures updated by the candidates during the hiring life cycle. There are two stages at which acceptance is taken
1. When candidate applies against a job opening on the Career page
2. When candidate accepts the Offer letter

This report can be viewed by Candidates or by Referred Profiles. Refer article on Candidate record creation to get details of differences between candidates and referred profiles.

In the candidate table you can see the status of Offer Letter acceptance or Privacy Statement acceptance. In the referred profile table details of Privacy Statement acceptance can be seen.
