In the beginning of the year the status of all training plans would be pending unless for some employees training needs have been identified during the performance review cycle. Manager is responsible for finalizing the training plan for his reportees, he can select a set of trainings and give a target month for completion.
Use "Edit" button to create a training plan or edit an existing for an employee. You can also use the "Bulk Upload" button to create training plan using excel upload for multiple employees.
Training plan is made for each year and in the beginning of the year. The year for training is same as the performance review year and can be defined independently if Performance Management process is not activated.
The target month given here is only indicative and is used by the Training Manager to plan trainings.
Updation of Training Plan during the year
A training which is updated as Attended cannot be removed from the plan. New trainings can be added to the plan but the recommended month will have to be within the training year.
Whenever changes are made to the training plan or a new plan is created appropriate
alerts are sent to the employee and training manager.
