Creating Individual Development Plan
Skill gaps, training needs and strengths of an employee
can be identified by the assessor and reviewer.
Steps to be followed are –
1. List out the development goal
2. If Training module is active then trainings can be recommended to
fill up these gaps. Identify the training which will be useful for the employee; the list
of trainings will be based on trainings available in the training master prepared
by the Training Manager. On release
of performance results the training inputs are used to create the
Training plan for the employee.
3. Month by which this training is to be completed is also captured, the month
has to be from the next 12 month period
Whether the IDP tab is to be made visible to the employees or assessors or not and at what stages is it made visible; can be controlled in the setup.

Providing career development inputs
During the annual performance review stage the assessor and the reviewer are expected to provide inputs on aspects of employee’s career development plan. This tab is not visible to the employee and is only visible to the Performance Manager.
Report - Career Development Details
Reports > Performance > CDP Details if Career development plan is enable in your performance plan then input details in career development at the time annual stage you can see in this report. Click on "Export to Excel" to get file in excel.
