Creating Individual Development Plan
During the annual review stage the skill gaps and training needs of an employee
can be identified by the assessor and reviewer. Training can be recommended to
fill up these gaps.
Assessor and Reviewer can provide structured feedback and identify training programs
which the employee should attend. Steps to be followed are –
1. List out the development goal
2. Identify the training which will be useful for the employee; the list
of trainings will be based on trainings available in the training master prepared
by the Training Manager
3. Month by which this training is to be completed is also captured, the month
has to be from the next 12 month period
This tab is visible to the employee when PMS results are released. On release
of performance results the CDP input is used to create the Training plan for the employee.
