Click on "Edit Future" or "Edit Past" depending upon what details you want to change. For both the scenarios of making changes in a calendar from a past or a future date the points mentioned below are applied.
1. Adding a holiday
If we add a new holiday from past or future, if there are leaves, work from home or tour requests submitted for that day which have "Holiday counted = Yes", then these requests are withdrawn. In the remarks section "Withdrawn due to addition of holiday on dd/mmm/yyyy." is added.
2. Removing a holiday
If we remove a holiday from past or future, if there are leaves, work from home or tour requests submitted for that day, then these requests are withdrawn. In the remarks section "Withdrawn due to removal of holiday on dd/mmm/yyyy." is added.
After submitting an alert will go to impacted user informing of the withdrawal.
