Editing employee data by managers

Menu : HRMS > My Profile > Tap on Profile section
Accessible to : HR Team / Managers as per Setup

System can be configured to give Managers the right to change certain details of their down-line reportees. Refer to the article on Editing Profile Details to get an understanding on how these edit rights are managed.

Refer to the article on View/update profile details of team members and Employee's work location and manager updation through mobile app for a more detailed write-up on what changes can be made on the mobile app.

To make these changes through the browser

  1. Click on Menu -  HRMS > My Profile section
  2. Click on the "Search" button on the top of the My profile section. Managers can search for any employee working under him or further below him down the line


  1. Write the Name or Employee ID you need to search for making changes to records


  1. Once the name is searched, you can go to the relevant section and make changes. Refer image below.


Notes
Note: Managers or Manager's manager can make these changes only within their team, rest of the details in the official tab are only editable by the HR manager, refer article on Employee management for more details.
