Employee management

Menu : HR Manager >Employee Details > Employee Management tab
Accessible to : HR Managers / HR Executive / Chief of HR as per Setup

From this tab CHR, HR Managers or HR Executives can access the profile of any employee mapped to them. Not all HR team members across the three roles of CHR, HR Manage and HR Executive might be given the same set of rights. To configure updation rights within the HR team refer to the article on HRIS Setup .


Activities which can done only by HR Manager
- To issue letters click on "Generate Documents" refer to the article on "Issuing Appointment Letter and Other Letters" for more details
- If contract has expired for employees on fixed duration contract then HR Managers would get notification and also can download the list from this page. Refer to the article on
"Managing Contract End Dates" for more details
- If you want to issue appointment letters in bulk use the "Generate Appointment Letters" button, refer to the article on
"Bulk Generation of Appointment Letters" for more details
- If there are employees less then the minimum employment age or more than
90 years you will get a notification and you can download their list
- If the date of joining has been updated wrongly then HR Managers can use the Date of Joining Corrections buttons to update it. Refer to the article on "Date of joining corrections" for more details
- If an employee has to be updated as Did Not Join after being updated as Joined and having issued an employee code you can use the "Did Not Join" button. When you click on the button you will see the popup as shown below. List of employees which you can see in the popup is based on certain conditions.


Updating Employee Profile Details
Employee's profile can be updated using "Update" button. The navigation would take to you to an employee's My Profile page.  From where you can update any part of the profile detail.

Once you are on the profile page you can also open up the profile of any other employee using the Search bar on the top.

Steps to be done -
1. Click on the "Search" button
2. You can type in the name of the employee whose details are to be updated
3. Once you type in the employee name, the system shows you the list of options matching to your entry, select the relevant name 
4. System opens up the profile, you can make changes and save
5. All option will show default. You will find three another option-Active, Pending and Resigned for view / update active, pending or resigned employee record
