Menu : HR Manager > Employee Management > Email ID Management tab
Accessible to : HR Manager / HR Executive / CHR
There are two features on this tab
1. Check status of Email - using this option the HR team can
check the status of Email ID associated with any account. The status of mailbox
can be one of the the following
- Active : emails are going
- Bounced : emails are bouncing : this can happen if the mailbox is full or there
is any other technical issue
- Complained : you have marked support@eazework.com as spam
- Inactive : no emails have gone to this mailbox in a long time
- If the employee has opted out of receiving email notifications from EazeWork
then mailbox status would be "Email notifications disabled"
2. Update Email IDs of Non-Web users - Non-Web users are employees who are mapped to a Non-Web license. HR team members can update Email IDs of employees who have this license since these employees cannot update their own Email IDs.
