Initiation of separation for others

Menu : HRMS > Separations > Separations Processing for Team tab
Accessible to : HR / CEO / Managers (as per setup)

Out of the five types of separation an employee can submit only his Resignation request himself, he cannot raise a request for Management Initiated, Death, Retirement or Intercompany Transfer. Even the resignation request can be raised on behalf of the employee.

For example, in case of retirement or death the reporting manager (if rights are given in setup) of the employee can initiate separation request. This initiator can initiate any of the five types of separation as per the defined criteria in the system.

Steps to follow

1. Use the menu path HR Info > Separation > "Separation Processing For Team" tab
2. Select the role which you want to use from the role drop-down as shown below

3. Click on "Create Separation Request" button as shown above

4. Fill up the detailed separation request form as shown below.
