Access of this page is controlled from setup by Application Administrator, please see document on "HRIS Setup - Nominations and Declarations" for more details.

Select the nomination / declaration from the drop-down to see the details of the submissions.


You can -
- Return a submitted nomination / declaration if you want to allow employee to make changes
- Download the submitted forms in PDF form
- Export the table data in excel
- Send reminder : reminder will be sent only to employees who have not submitted

Details of nominations / declarations can be viewed from Reports > HRIS > Nomination / Declaration Details
