Mapping Peers and External Reviewers
Performance review process can include feedback from peers (within company) and external reviewers (outside company). The option to do so can be enabled while making the plan in performance setup by the Administrator.
Menu Path : Team > Performance Management Review tab
Accessible to : Employees / Assessors / Reviewers
The option of mapping peers to an employee can be given to Employee /
Assessor or Reviewer but only one. Based on who has the authority the
list of names of employees will come in the drop-down.
When a stage like Goal Setting or Periodic Review is released a notification can be sent by the Performance Manager to the person intimating them that the option to map Peers / External Reviewers is available.
When Peers / External Reviewers are mapped an alert is sent to them informing them of the activity to be done and the time window available.
