You would be able to review all pending activities which need to be completed by you either on the Task window or on this tab.

Through this dashboard you would be able to review these pending activities and take appropriate action.

Click on the "Review" / "Process" buttons on the row to navigate to sections / pages from where appropriate actions can be taken.

CTC based salary structure updation - this message would come if there are some employees whose salary structure has to be updated because the basis of CTC head calculation has been updated in setup.
