Profile page on mobile app
1. Tap on the HRMS icon on the bottom menu
2. Tap on the Profile section as shown below
3. You will be navigated to the Profile page where you will be able to see all sections. The edit icon as shown below will be available on sections where edit permission has been given.
4. Steps for editing / adding / deleting a record are explained below with the
example of Education Qualifications record
4.1 To add a new record use the + button shown next to "Education Qualifications". You will be able to add the details on the popup as shown below
4.2. To edit an existing record you can tap on the edit button next to the record. In some sections the edit button is given at the section level, in some sections it is at record level.
4.3 Once a record is added or edited if HR approval is needed then it will be shown in in dark red color as shown below. Records which are pending for approval cannot be changed till they are approved or rejected.
