Report - Download Salary Slips

Menu: Reports > Payroll Reports > Summary Reports

Through this report you can download salary slips in pdf format for your employees.

There are multiple options for downloading salary slips.
1. Scope - you can generate for all or as per defined scope. If "Defined Scope" is selected you would be able to "Create Eligibility Criteria".

Step to be followed:
- Select the fields based on which you want to create the condition and click on "Add to filter"
- "Test Formula" if you want to check your formula is eligible or not you can check employee list on click "Test Formula" Button
- Remember to click on "Save" to work with this criteria

2. If you want that salary slips to be generated in single file then click on "In Single PDF" option. The pdf file will be generated with salary slips of 100 employees will in each file. Generated pdf files will have salary slips sorted by name. 

3. If you want salary slip of employees in separated sheet then choose radio button "In Separate PDFs". Click on Generate files, all files will be generated separately and can be downloaded in zip file format.

Note : Salary slips can be downloaded from this report only after they have been generated by Payroll Manager.
