Report - Salary Structure
This is an important report using which you can download the existing salary
structure of employees. Historical salary structure can be downloaded from Salary Revision history report.
Salary structure can be generated for active/resigned and regular/retainers separately.
Salary structure is classified as Under Approval if
- it has not been approved, or
- it has been approved / updated but not yet used in payroll
If it has been used in payroll then it can be reviewed using the "In Use" option.
Click on "Export to Excel" to get output in excel format. There are two levels
of output available
1. Salary structure with head level details - this can be downloaded using "Download
Excel" option
2. Salary structure with detailed attributes for each head - this can be downloaded
using the "Download Detailed Excel" option
