Report - Project Status
This is an important report if you want to review the financial status of a project. You can generate this report by
- Project wise : summary of all projects can be seen together
- Charge code wise : breakup separate reports for each project
- Employee wise : separate reports for each project
- Employee-Charge code wise : for each project for each employee and charge code
combination the cost and billing details are given
- Customer wise : separate reports for each project
Records for different tenures are given in separated rows in Employee wise and Employee-Charge code wise option. The data in this report includes submitted and approved timesheets, returned timesheets are not included in the calculations.
Project Wise
% Project Profitability = (Amount Billed - Cost Booked) / Cost Booked
Employee Wise
% Resource Profitability = (Amount Billed - Cost Booked) / Cost Booked.
If a resource has been mapped to a project for multiple tenures with different
rates / costs and additional field - Aggregate Resource Profitability is shown
where the overall profitability across all deployments is shown.
% Project Profitability = (Amount Billed - Cost Booked) / Cost Booked
% Customer Profitability = (Amount Billed - Cost Booked) / Cost Booked
