Report - Rejected Candidates

Report - Rejected Candidates

Menu : Reports > Recruitment

In this report you can see the list of candidates which have been rejected. The following details can be viewed -
1. Date of rejection
2. Stage of rejection
3. Candidate summary

You can view the candidate record using the "View" button. You can also send the Regret Email to the candidate using "Send Regret Email" button. It can done for one record at a time or it can done in bulk. Please make sure that the candidate's email ID is correctly updated and that the Regret Email format is as per your company policy before using this feature. The From Date / To Date is linked to the Rejection Date.


Maximum date range for generating this report is quarterly. Sample reports are available in article attachments.
