Requesting training feedback
Menu Path : Training > Dashboard
Accessible to : Training ManagerThere are two options for setting up the training feedback process -
1. Sending alerts manually
2. Sending alerts automatically
Both the options are explained in the article on Training setup .
1. Manual feedback
If
manual training feedback process is selected then Training Manager is responsible
for sending the feedback alert to employees and manager. Once the training
is complete and closed the Training Manager can manually send alert to employees
and managers get feedback on training effectiveness. A reminder can also be sent
to the participants if they have not responded.
1. Click on "Feedback" button as shown above. You will see a popup -
2. Select if you want to get an feedback from Participants or Managers or both
3. If you have already requested for feedback then you can send reminder alert
for feedback again using the "Reminder" button. In this scenario new popup will
show as shown in the image below -
Reminder alert will go to only those employees and managers which have not provided
their feedback.
2. Automatic feedback
If
automatic training feedback process is selected then system will send an alert
to the manager and employees x days after the training is closed. x is defined
in training setup. In this scenario you will not get the "Feedback" button.
