Attendance Status Widget
You can set the date range for which you want to see the data of attendance but the maximum range can only 31 days. If you want to select the option "Reportees" you would see the data for only your direct reportees but if you select "All" then you would see data of your reportees and their reportees and reportees of reportees till the end of chain.
Actions you can do on this widget are
1. Submit attendance on behalf of employee - If you have been given the option to mark attendance on behalf of the employee then you can also mark attendance directly from here.
2. Submit or Withdraw Leaves / Tour / Work from Home on behalf of employee - If you have been given the option to submit leave / tour or work from home requests on behalf then you can do so from here. In a similar manner a submitted request can be withdrawn from here.
3. Mark In/Out times on Weekly Off / Compulsory Holiday - If employees come to office on weekends or days when there is compulsory holiday then their in and out time is recorded. If for some reason they are not able to mark their in / out time then you can update it by clicking on "Mark Present" button. The default shift times will be updated as in / out times but the day's status will remain as Weekly Off or Compulsory Holiday. If the time has to be further updated it can be requested through a time modification request by the employee.
All these requests will go for approval as per the approval work flow.
Employees who are on leave will be shown with status mentioning their leave types and if they come to office and try to mark their attendance then the system would give them an option of withdrawing their leave, if chosen yes then a withdrawal request is automatically generated for that day and if they choose no, then still they will be allowed to mark in-time, but the leave will continue to reflect in system records, status will remain as On Leave.
