In the first tab the roles which are needed in Recruitment module are mapped.
If there are multiple companies this is done separately for each company. Each
role can be mapped to multiple persons but the number of persons who can be given
the Recruiter role will depend upon the number of Recruiter licenses available.
- Recruiter : the key role which is responsible for all the processes from end
to end for Recruitment, each Recruiter will be assigned a Recruiter license.
Recruitment Manager by default will have the Recruiter role assigned which cannot
be removed
- Hiring Manager : this is the person who can create a job opening and finally
approves the hiring
- Reviewer : first level review of the candidate resume
- Screener : second level screening, could be face to face or through a telephonic
- Interviewer : person who does the final interview
In a multiple company setup employee of Company A can be made hiring manager,
reviewer, screener interviewer of Company B by managing the mapping here but
only users having web license are visible here, non-web users cannot be assigned
these roles. The roles which can be mapped only from this tab are -
1. Hiring Manager
2. Recruiter
When you transfer the role of Hiring Manager from one employee to another the mapping of job openings will also be updated to the new hiring manager. You will not be able to remove the last Hiring Manager role, at least one Hiring Manager has to be kept. Recruitment Manager is given the Recruiter role by default and cannot be removed.
