Shortlisting Candidates

Recruiter can shortlist the candidates after searching the candidate database or can approve the referrals / profiles received via email shortlisting immediately. There are multiple ways to shortlist a candidates

1. Shortlisting from Dashboard
On the dashboard in the first column you will the breakup of profiles received from various sources against each opening.


When you click on the link you will see the list of profiles and the source from where they have come.


- Click on Edit to see the detailed profile of the candidate
- Click on Shortlist to shortlist the candidate to the job opening

2. Shortlisting from Candidate Database
On Candidate page you can search the candidate database using the search feature and manually shortlist the profiles you want to.


You can also shortlisted the received profiles directly from the second tab as shown below. Click on Shortlist button against the received profile.


If the received profile is already mapped to a job opening it will be directly shortlisted else you will have to select the job opening to which you want to shortlist it.

3. Map and Shortlist feature
This is an advanced feature using which you can search the database on various parameters and can zero down to relevant profiles. Refer to the article on "Map and Shortlist" for more details.
