Facing issues in email delivery. What steps to take?
You need to first check if emails to your company are being sent from EazeWork servers or from your own server. To check this
1. Go to Manage Account page > Manage Modules tab
2. Here you will see the name of SMTP server which is being used for sending out the emails. If you see "SMTP Server - smtp.elasticemail.com" then emails are being sent from our server. If you see anything else then emails are being sent by your servers and to trouble shoot you will need to get in touch with your IT Administrator
If one specific employee is having issues in email please check
- if he is a new joiner and has his record been added by HR team
If the problem is with multiple employees please ask your IT Administrator to check if they have created any restrictive policies for restricting emails from outside and ask them to add an spf record for allowing elasticemail emails. Refer to the example below.

Valid SPF Record Example
Below is a sample SPF record that authorizes Microsoft 365, Elastic Email, and a custom IP address:
v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:_spf.elasticemail.com ip4:203.0.113.25 -all
Explanation:
• v=spf1: SPF version indicator
• include: spf.protection.outlook.com: Authorizes Microsoft 365 mail servers
• include: spf.elasticemail.com: Authorizes Elastic Email service
• ip4:203.0.113.25: Authorizes a specific IP address
• -all: All other sources are not allowed
