Identifying rejoining employees

Employees might rejoin a company after leaving, in EazeWork HRMS the system will identify such rejoining employees. The logic is built around identification of uniquely identifiable fields like

1. Email ID

2. Mobile Number

3. National ID

4. Statutory numbers - PAN, UAN, PRAN, PF number, NPR number, ESI number

When a new employee is being added where any of the fields mentioned above is matching with an active employee, system will highlight the same to you. You can also see list of rejoined employees in Onboarding Reports > Rejoined Employees report.
