My Payroll Reports - Claim Eligibility Accrual Details
Payroll > Downloads > Claim Eligibility Accrual Details
You can use this report to see the details of amount added / deducted to your claim eligibility based on multiple events.
The last column "Events" shows the method of eligibility accrual. Eligibility
can be created or reduced by the following events
- Salary Creation : when salary is created initially
- YTD Upload : when reimbursement eligibility is uploaded through YTD upload
- Periodic Batch Job : eligibility is accrued on 1st of every month
- Separation Withdrawal : when separation is withdrawn the eligibility of the
period which was not accrued due to separation is given
- LWD Date Changed : If the last working day is changed either to a future date
or to an earlier past date the eligibility is accordingly updated
- Salary Structure Revision : when salary structure is revised
- LWP Added / LWP Removed : eligibility is increased / decreased with
LWP is
approved or withdrawn, whenever there is a deduction / addition due to
LWP approval / withdrawal the associated leave request number is also
shown in the report
- Recovery in Payroll : if a reimbursement/claim head is removed from salary
and then a backdated LWP is approved from a period when this head was included
in salary structure then the reduced eligibility is recovered in next payroll
Click on "Export to Excel" to get output in excel format.
