Refer to article on Profile submission by Placement Agency for details on how placement agencies will view job openings and submit candidate profiles.

By default all employees except those having Recruiter or Recruitment Manager roles are eligible for making referrals, you can allow the Recruitment team to also participate in referral program by enabling the parameter in setup.
In some cases the candidates accept and even join but do not show up for work after 2-3 days. To prevent against these scenarios the HR Manager has the option to update a candidate as Did Not Join even if he has been updated as Joined in Recruitment module. When HR Manager updates this status of Did Not Join an alert will be sent to the referring employee and the Recruiter informing them of this event.
You can resend referral emails to employees if you want to remind them as shown below.

There is an option to publish the job openings to an external career page through which candidates can directly apply to the open jobs. The external career page can be accessed directly through an URL - the URL of the careers page is https://xxx.eazework.com/career (where xxx is your company's URL which you use to login to EazeHR). This URL can be given as a link on your website career page or you can integrate it in your website using iFrame. You can also publish this URL in emails or in your job postings on job sites.
You can to update the logo, update the message which is displayed on top of this page and also the privacy statement which candidates will read and accept. All this can be done in Recruitment Setup.
