Report - Attendance Calendar

Menu : Reports > Attendance

This report shows the attendance status for multiple employees across multiple days in a tabular form. This report can be generated for all the employees together but can be generated for maximum period of one month at a time.


The table on the page and the "Export To Excel" button give summary data which shows the day's status but does not give the time details.

A detailed report can be exported using "Export All Details" button provides additional information like -

1. In / Out times and Hours Worked (difference of Out and In time) worked for each day
2. Summary information for the period which includes
  1. Total Late Hours : if In Time is more than Shift Start Time then late hours are calculated, "Late Hours =  Shift Start Time - In Time". Total of all such hours for the period is reported here
  2. Total Early Hours : if In Time is less than Shift Start Time then early hours are calculated, "Early Hours =  In Time - Shift Start Time". Total of all such hours for the period is reported here
  3. Total Present : Number of days present
  4. Total Absent : Number of days absent this includes in process leave, work from home, tour, back dated attendance requests also
  5. Total Leaves : Number of days on approved leave
  6. Total Weekly Off : Number of days on approved weekly off
  7. Total Compulsory Holidays : Number of days of compulsory holidays
  8. Total WFH : Number of days on approved work from home
  9. Total Tour : Number of days on approved tour
  10. Total Working Days = Total Days (period for which this report is generated) - Weekly Off - Compulsory Holiday
  11. Sum of Total Hours : This is the sum of Total hours for each day and it will include hours on a weekly off or a holiday if the in / out time has been marked on those days
