Roles and Responsibilities of a Manager

Manager is one of the key roles in EazeWork HRMS and most of the employee management activities are divided between HR and Manager. The list of activities given in this article might not be applicable in your company as the policies might be different.

1. Approving requests

This is the most common activity and covers approvals of all types of requests like Leave, Missing Attendance, Travel advance, Business expense etc. Request approvals can be done on mobile app and on browser both.

2. Employee detail management
