Scheduling Interviews

Once shortlisted the candidate assessment record can be opened and each stage of assessment can be mapped to a person who has the appropriate role as shown below.


You can send an email informing the candidate of the shortlisting and providing him with a link to update the profile. This email can be also sent to the Recruiter(s) in cc. The content of email can be customized. Refer to article on "Profile updation by candidate" and "General Setup - Custom Emails" for more details.

You can select any stage but if you select a later stage then you cannot select an earlier stage afterwards. The sequence of stages is
- Review
- Screen
- Interview

As an example if you select "Review" as the stage, the following popup will open.


Compulsory inputs are -
- Type
- Reviewer Name
- Template

Click on Next and you will get an option to inform the candidate through an email as shown below. The email text is based on the standard template but can be changed if needed.


When you click on "Submit" button alert will be sent to the Reviewer and email will be sent to Candidate and Recruiters (if selected on the top of the page). Once the Reviewer completes the review you will get a notification and the status on page will change. Refer to the article on "Review Screening and Interview of Candidates" for more details.

If the candidate clears the review his status on the Recruitment dashboard will be updated and he will move to the next stage.

If the candidate is rejected at any stage his name will be removed from the first tab of Recruitment dashboard and will move to the second tab. Assessment history of each candidate is maintained in his profile in the Old History tab and can be viewed any time.

There are three stages of Review - Screening - Interview and the last stage Interview is compulsory, without completing this stage you cannot move the candidate for offer processing.
