Widgets in EazeHR

Widgets in EazeWork HRMS

The following widgets are available in EazeWork HRMS. Some widgets are going to be visible based automatically and you cannot hide them while some widgets can be added removed by you from the Add Widget menu, refer article for more details. Some widgets might not be available as per company policy or if the corresponding module is not activated.

1. Alerts : through this widget you can access the system generated alerts. Refer to the article on Tasks and Alerts for more details.


2. Holidays, Weekly offs and Shifts : through this widget you can see the list of holiday, weekly offs and details of the shift to which you are currently mapped.


3. Events Calendar : list of events with date / time and venue can be viewed from this widget. Upcoming trainings for which employee is eligible can also be seen in this widget.


4. Birthday / Anniversary widgets : Employees can be notified of upcoming and today's birthdays and anniversaries and they can wish their colleagues. If wishes are given in advance then they will be shown to the employee on the day of the birthday / anniversary, however those giving wishes can see wishes given by others.


5. Company Policy : Company policy documents and other important formats can be accessed / downloaded from this widget.


6. Important Roles : Through this widget you can get the name and email ids of key role holders in EazeHR. The roles covered are Manager, Functional Manager, HR Manager, Accountant, Account Head, IT Manager, Office Manager.


7. Important Websites : HR Manager can update a list of important websites which can be made visible to the employee from this widget.


8. Favorite Reports : You can create a list of favorite reports in this widget. You can also search the list of all reports available to them and open the report page from here.


9. Web Attendance : through this widget employees can mark their attendance and breaks, this widget is only visible to the employee if the web based attendance method is mapped.


10. Attendance Calendar : summary status of attendance, work from home, tour, leaves, weekly offs, holidays can be seen from this widget.


11. Attendance Status : through this widget CEO / CHR / Managers / HR Manager /  can review the status of attendance of their team members. They can also mark leave or raise a time modification request if needed. Maximum period for which the data can be seen at one time is 31 days.

12. Team Leave Calendar : this widget shows the summary of leaves, work from home, tour, weekly offs, holiday of team members for a fortnight, you can navigate and see data for previous fortnights also.


13. Review Attendance Times : through this widget you can review your attendance times. You can see a summary of the status of your attendance for a period -
- Absent : days on which your attendance has not been marked
- Late : days on which you have punched in late
- Short Working : days on which your working hours are less than the stipulated hours as per the shift timings
- Pending Approvals : the number of days for which you have submitted requests like Leave, Work from home, Tour and which are still pending for approval. Details of these requests can be seen in the reports section or from the Leaves > Leave History / Leaves > Attendance History pages
This widget can show data for 31 days at a time.

 

You can do the following activities from this widget
- use the "Time Modification" button to raise a time modification request
- filter on status column to see the days on which you have Late or Short working
- submit a back dated attendance request, to do so click on "View" button and then click on "Mark Attendance" button which comes on the popup
- click on "View Detailed Report" button to view detailed attendance report

14. Shift Details : this widget provides the list of all the shifts defined in the company.
