Employee Details - Declarations
Menu path : Payroll > Employee Details > Payroll Details tab - click on employee record and then click on Payroll Details button
Accessible to : Payroll Manager
On this page all the declarations which are made by employee except tax saving declaration can be managed. You can update all the details on employee's behalf from this page. The tabs available on this page are given below.

2. Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF)

NPS Declaration
On this tab you can declare the Employer's and Employee's contribution against
National Pension Scheme. Employees can view the details and can also declare
the Employee contribution from their login.
