Maintaining Wallet Balance

Credits in your wallet are used for all Marketplace transactions. These charges will be in your company's billing currency. If your wallet balance becomes zero, then the services enabled through Marketplace will stop working. Billing of license costs is as of now not linked to the wallet.

Menu Path: Subscription > Wallet tab
Accessible to : Application Administrator

To access your wallet click on the Subscription menu as shown below.


Open the third tab > Wallet.


Activities you can do on this tab are -
1. Recharge your wallet
2. Review the monthly summary of wallet transactions

1. Recharging Your Wallet
Click on "Recharge Wallet" button, in the popup enter the amount by which you want to recharge.


GST / TDS will be automatically calculated as per applicability for your company.


Click on "Pay" button. You will be navigated to the payment gateway. Complete the payment. When payment is completed you will be navigated back to this page and will get a confirmation message.

Click on "View" button to view and download invoice.


2. Monthly Summary View
You can view the summary of wallet transactions by month as shown below.
