Report - Statutory Bonus Provision
Through this report you can calculate the total provision you need to create for statutory bonus. If payment has been made then the amount paid is also visible.
To generate the report -
- select the option Annual Aggregate, Annual by Employee or Monthly by Employee
- select the financial year : if final bonus has already been processed for the year then the percentage will come prefilled, if it has not been processed then enter the percentage of bonus then by click "Generate
Report"
- Bonus Due - is the total bonus amount due for the year / month
- Bonus Paid - is the bonus paid for the year / month
- Net Amount Due - is the amount which is due to be paid
This report will show data only for employees where wages for statutory bonus <=21000.
Click "Export to Excel" to get output in excel.
