1. WorkVerify
WorkVerify is a service which works on a collaborative platform where companies and background verification agencies work together. It is bringing in automation and removing potential errors in this process by providing the data directly from source company's HRMS system. This service has two components :
- Request : HR Managers can raise a background verification request
- Respond : HR Managers can respond to a background verification request received from the network
This service is available only for companies based out of India. Refer to the article on WorkVerify for more details.

2. Identity Verification
Identity Verification is service is actually a bundle of APIs which can be used during the onboarding process to verify the key personal details of employees with the help of authorized Government / Official sources. The verification can be done using the following
- Aadhaar : employee's Aadhaar information is verified from UIDAI. During this verification Aadhaar number is not stored or revealed relevant data is captured
- PAN : employee's Permanent Account Number is verified and details associated with it are captured
- Bank Account : employee's bank account details are verified
- UAN : employee's Universal Account Number details are verified

3. Loan / Salary Advance
EazeWork has tied up with two companies - EarlySalary and KreditBee for the purpose of providing employees with a loan / salary advance. This service is available only for Regular employees based out of India and whose payroll has been run in EazeHR for at-least 3 months. Recovery of loan is done by EarlySalary / KreditBee directly from the employee and there is no liability / responsibility of the employer or EazeWork with respect to collection or defaults or any other issue.

4. Geo-coding
Geo-coding service uses Google Geo-coding API. It converts the latitude / longitude to a detailed address. Latitude / longitude is captured through employee's mobile application when he does any of the following activities
- updates his location - refer article on location tracking for more details
- creates a new office location
- marks his attendance and geo fencing feature is enabled

5. Resume Parsing
Resume parsing service uses third party API for converting a resume received in a PDF format into a structure candidate record. This service is used in Recruitment module.
