Multi factor authentication

To add a layer of security to your EazeWork account you can activate multi factor authentication option. Steps to be followed are -

1. Go to Preferences page > Settings tab

2. Enable multi factor authentication option as shown below -
 
3. Click on "Setup" button. You will see the popup shown below -


Enter the verification code displayed on google authenticator app on your mobile phone to complete the setup. Now when you login you will have to enter the six digit OTP displayed on your authenticator app.
Notes
Note -
  1. You can mark your browser as trusted browser which will bypass the OTP requirement for a period of 180 days
  2. If for any reason you do not want to use the MFA feature you can click on Enable MFA - No to disable the feature and can set it up again when needed
  3. If you want to change the mobile device on which the authenticator app is stored you can use the "Reconfigure" option. Just scan the bar code with the new mobile phone to install the app on the new phone and you can use the OTP from that phone
  4. As of now the feature to enable MFA is available only on the browser app and is not available on the mobile app
