This page is accessible to all and shows active job openings which have been selected for publishing across all companies. Refer article on Releasing job openings for more details.
You can update the following for display on the career page
- the logo which would be displayed
- text which will be shown to the candidates on top of the career page
- the standard privacy agreement which candidates will be asked to accept when
they apply for a job opening
1. Default Offer Letter (with payroll) - this can be used when payroll module
is activated and salary structure is to be given as an annexure to the offer
letter
2. Default Offer Letter (without payroll) - this is used when payroll module
is not in use
A "Default Template" is available by default, it can be edited and modified but
it cannot be deleted or deactivated.
Use the "Add New" button to create new assessment templates. If you do not want to use a template you can deactivate it. You can edit and modify an existing template but changes will be visible only on future assessments.
To design a template fill up the form which is shown above. Sections which need
to be filled up are -
1. Template Name
2. Scope - select for which part of the processes this template can be used
3. Instructions - instructions entered here will be visible to the employees
who will do the candidate assessment
4. Assessment through rating - if you want the assessor to also provide a quantifiable
rating select "Yes" for this parameter. Once selected as yes you will then have
to create the rating scale
5. Assessment checklist - create the checklist of criteria against which the
candidate will be assessed, if a criteria is to be made mandatory then select
the mandatory checkbox
6. If you want the assessor to provide additional overall remarks then select
the Overall Remarks parameter as "Yes"
