Work Area - Activities

Menu Path : Work Area > Activities
Accessible to : All Employees

This section contains multiple tabs and covers different activities to be done by employees.

1. Activities

Pending activities are shown in the first tab.

2. Missing Approvers

Sometimes due to missing mapping of managers, department / division heads the requests are stuck due to missing approvers. These activities are shown in this tab, approvers will have to be updated by HR Manager or Application Administrators are visible. Refer article for more details

3. Interviews

Interviews which are pending to be conducted by you are shown on this tab. Refer article for more details.

4. Referral Submission

Job opening which are open for submission of referrals are shown on this tab. Refer article for more details.

5. New Employee Requests

On this tab you will be able to see the new employee addition requests, only if this process is in use. Approved / Rejected requests can be hidden. Refer article on new employee creation to understand how to create a request.

6. BGV Requests

On this tab you will be able to process the in-process requests and view completed BGV requests.

Activities possible

- Internal requests created automatically during onboarding can be updated from this tab
- External request details can be viewed once they are updated by the agency

- Closed requests can be hidden
