Agency Account Validation and Setup

When a Background Verification or Placement Agency is added in Setup by Application Administrator a validation email is sent to the Email ID which has been added.

On clicking "Validate Account" button the user is navigated to a new page where he will be required to setup the Company Name, Contact Person name, Username and Password as shown below.



After account validation the user will be navigated to the home page from where the Profile submission or Background verification
activities can be done.

Click on "Preferences" to access the Credentials and Agency Details page from where you can manage the login credentials and also update the company details. Refer article on Managing Account Preferences for more details.
