Menu Path : Setup > Common > Agencies & Contractors
Accessible to : Application Administration

1. Managing Agencies

From this tab you can manage the Placement and Background Verification agencies. Placement agency is used in Recruitment module to provide candidate profiles against job openings. Background Verification agencies are used in Recruitment and Onboarding modules for completing background verification of candidates / employees.


To create a new agency -
- Select the Agency Type
- Input the Email ID.

A validation email will be sent. On validation the status will change to Active. The license cost for agency will be billed from the month it is activated. If you do not want to continue using the agency you can Deactivate it. On deactivation the license will be released. If the agency has not been validated you can delete the record.

Click on "View" button to view details of the agency.

2. Managing Contractors

Contractors are third party vendors who are providing manpower to you. Contractors can be mapped to Subcontract employees.


1. Use the button "Add New Contractor" to create a new contractor

2. Use the "Edit" button to modify details for an existing contractor


3. You can "Deactivate" contractors not mapped to an active employee and "Delete" contractors which have not been mapped to any employee
