Production Server Updation Date - 10 June 2025

1. HRIS module
  1. Size limit of attachments which are uploaded during onboarding or on Profile page in Work Experience, Education Qualifications, Reference Documents, Skill Details, Professional Certifications and Other Documents section has been increased from 2 MB to 3 MB. There was a limit that only two documents can be uploaded, this limit has been removed
  2. Custom images can be uploaded in the image bank and used in system generated documents or custom documents. Refer article on Managing System Documents for more details
  3. A feature to take specific documents from previous employer during onboarding or updating them from My Profile page has been updated. Please refer to the article on Managing most recent employer details for more details
  4. A new sub report has been added in HRIS Reports > Detailed Employee Data > Company Details. From this report the details of intercompany transfers can be seen
2. India Payroll module
  1. Option to make Remarks, Attachment compulsory when submitting rent record is now available
  2. Option to make Attachment compulsory when submitting previous employer declaration is now available. Refer article on Payroll Setup for more details
  3. A new sub report is available in Salary Reports > Monthly Head Wise. Using this head wise payout in a particular month can be downloaded, this report gives data at aggregate level. Refer report article for more details
  4. A new sub report is available in PF Forms and Reports > PF Monthly Aggregate Report. This report provides details of amount deducted across various heads like A/c 1, A/c 2, A/c 10, A/c 21, VPF in any particular month. Refer report article for more details
  5. Payroll Summary Reports > Payroll Master Data report has been enhanced and some missing fields in it have been added
  6. The format of Salary Certificate which can be downloaded by employees from Payroll > Compensation Summary tab can be now customized by Application Administrator in setup. It can also be deactivated and removed from employee's pages / reports
  7. Salary payment advice which is generated on Payroll Files > Process Payments tab can be now reset till it is not updated as paid
3. Onboarding and Separation module
  1. While onboarding a new user the option to use mobile number (only Indian mobile numbers) or email both are now available, employee can be on-boarded with either or both the options
  2. An option is available to manage notice period of employees manually. If manual option is selected then HR Manager will have to update the notice period for each employee manually when employee is being updated as joined, it can be changed from Profile page > Official Details section.   3. An option to send Relieving letter automatically to the employee is now available. Refer article on Setup Separations for more details
